1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LastWar Tools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LastWar Tools provides tools and API access for the mobile game Last War: Survival. The Service includes player search, alliance information, coordinate sharing, and other game-related utilities.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Token System

The Service uses a token-based system for accessing features:

  • Tokens are required to use most features and API endpoints
  • Free accounts receive a daily grant of tokens
  • Additional tokens may be purchased
  • Purchased tokens are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
  • Use automated systems to access the Service beyond approved API limits
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. API Usage

Developer accounts with API access must:

  • Comply with rate limits and usage guidelines
  • Keep API keys confidential
  • Not share API keys with unauthorized parties
  • Accept responsibility for all usage under their API keys

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LastWar Tools and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Last War: Survival" is a trademark of its respective owner and we are not affiliated with the game developer.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. GAME DATA MAY BE INACCURATE OR OUTDATED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
